PRISMS, an independent co-educational day and boarding school located in Princeton, NJ serving students in grades 9-12, is seeking an experienced receptionist and assistant to the Director of Admissions.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, front desk receptionist, welcome and sign in visitors, answer the telephone, receive deliveries and other receptionist duties, managing office supplies, general office support, scheduling of appointment and tours, data entry, assisting in planning school events, conducting school tours, and preparing admissions decision letters.
The preferred candidate will have familiarity with independent school culture, extreme attention to detail, exceptional interpersonal skills, advanced keyboarding and word processing skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Blackbaud, especially OnBoard is a plus.
This is a twelve-month position with a competitive salary and benefits package. Bachelor’s degree required.
