Jonathan Prince is an experienced residential life educator whose work is
grounded in empathy, structure, and a deep respect for the emotional lives of young people. At PRISMS, he is a
full-time Residential Advisor, where he anchors the dorm life with love and respect for every student. A
passionate mentor and a thoughtful community-builder, his wide-ranging interests, from sports to travel to the
arts, help him build authentic relationships across a diverse student body. Above all, he strives to make the dorm
feel like their second home, where they feel seen, supported, and capable of thriving.
