Zachary White has nearly two decades of experience in the education field as a teacher, administrator, consultant, and coach. He began his career as a member of the admissions team at The University of Chicago (his alma mater), visiting some of the best schools in the country to recruit and evaluate outstanding high school students.
At the Yale School of Management, he helped launch the Global Pre-MBA Leadership Program for undergraduates. He subsequently worked with a wide range of independent schools as an executive search consultant, researcher, and communications expert. Mr. White studied philosophy as an undergraduate before earning a master’s degree in architecture history and theory from Yale University. He has done additional coursework in design thinking, visual communication, and best practices for inclusive hiring.
