A handful of PRISMS students recently joined local college students and community members in a Climate Summit sponsored by Rowan College at Burlington County (RCBC). Participants used a dynamic simulation model--En-ROADS, developed by Climate Interactive in partnership with MIT Sloan's Sustainability Initiative--to explore possible strategies to address climate change that balance environmental, economic, and social factors. The experiential, hands-on workshop was facilitated by PRISMS' own Steven Brownstein and Randy Weintraub, an adjunct faculty member at RCBC.
