Before You Register
Registration Checklist
Please have the following information ready:
- School Information: School name and contact details
- Coach Information: Name, email, phone number, and role (teacher/parent)
- Team Members: Names, personal emails, and grade levels (minimum 3, maximum 5 students, can be updated later)
Team Requirements
- 3-5 middle school students (Grades 6-8)
- One adult chaperone required
- Up to 2 teams per school

Registration is FREE! This includes a well-designed event T-shirt, lunch, and all competition materials.

Registration FAQs
When will I get confirmation?
You'll receive a confirmation email within 48 hours of submitting your registration.
Can I register multiple teams?
Yes! Schools can register up to 2 teams. Please submit separate forms for each team.
Can I update my team roster?
You can update your team roster by submitting a new registration form or emailing us before January 30, 2026.
Is there a waitlist available?
If we reach capacity, we'll maintain a waitlist and notify teams if spots become available.
